Our club is proud to have outstanding facilities, and we are very grateful to our club sponsors, generous members, and supporting organisations who have helped us invest in these. You could find out more about our facilities here.

One of the benefits of club membership is the ability to request hire of our facilities for private events - this is available to members of with one year's continuous membership. However, as part of our contribution back to the local area we are also willing to hire our facilities at community rates to help local community groups and sports clubs.

Please use this form to request a hire booking specifying all details relevant to your request. This will be submitted to the Hon.     The club does not offer catering outside of our bar facilities.

    Indicative Club Hire Costs

    • Community Groups and Sports Clubs may hire the social area for £10 p/h and bar staff for £10 p/h
    • The hire of the social area for private functions shall cost £30 as a minimum
    • The provision of bar staff for private functions is subject to the pricing structure set out in the T&Cs
    • The hire cost of changing facilities is to be agreed separately on a case by case basis by Management

    A minimum deposit of £30 is required for private hires no later than one week in advance (or at the time of booking) to secure the booking. This will be refunded where the club is left in a clean, tidy condition at the end of the booking, and all terms and conditions have been adhered to by the hirer.
